Rehearse a bad night
Put your people, hours and backups into a process, then walk it through a failure at 23:30 on a holiday. See who would really pick it up, and where it stalls.
ABOUT AND HELP
What ITSMverse is for, how people use it, and quick answers if you get stuck.
ITSMverse turns service management knowledge into practical action. It brings together process design, ready-to-use templates, clear responsibilities and scenario checks, so teams can plan, test and improve how services are delivered, and see the value of a good process before something breaks.
It is built for the people who run and shape services: service desk staff, process owners, consultants, IT leaders, and the leaders of HR, facilities, finance or legal who want to serve colleagues better.
Put your people, hours and backups into a process, then walk it through a failure at 23:30 on a holiday. See who would really pick it up, and where it stalls.
The Theatre plots a scenario of your own, with and without a good process, and shows what the gap costs in money, people and mood.
Every practice is a flow you can walk step by step, with roles, inputs, outputs and the questions to ask at each point.
Every check and suggestion follows fixed, stated rules. The same input gives the same answer, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Original chapters, guides, templates and a standards crosswalk, written to be used in the next meeting rather than to impress in the next audit.
No accounts, no tracking. Plans and progress live in your own browser, with a backup you can keep.
